¶ About
R_CoxModel builds a survival analysis model using Cox proportional hazards regression. It estimates the effect of predictors (e.g. age, treatment) on survival time, accounting for censored data. The result includes a model file and, optionally, hazard ratio plots.
¶ Input
You must provide a table or CSV with the following columns:
- Target variable (numeric): Duration until the event (e.g.
survival_time) - Censorship variable (binary):
1if event occurred,0if censored (e.g.censor_flag) - Predictors: One or more variables used to predict survival (e.g.
age,sex,treatment)

¶ Output
.rModelfile containing the Cox model coefficients (saved to selected output path)- (Optional) Hazard ratio plot if enabled
¶ How to Run
- Upload your input table (CSV or database table)
- Drag and drop the
R_CoxModelaction into your pipeline - Connect your input to the first pin of
R_CoxModel - Open Parameters tab:
- Select your Target (e.g.
survival_time) - Select your Censorship variable (e.g.
censor_flag) - Choose one or more Predictors (e.g.
age,treatment) - Optionally toggle Hazard ratio plot (idPlotM = true)
- Set Output model file name (e.g.
records/out.rModel)
- Select your Target (e.g.
- Click Execute
- Check:
- Resulting model in the
Recordstab - Optional hazard ratio chart in Logs or Results
- Resulting model in the
- [Optional] Use the model in downstream predictions via compatible actions
