Unflatten input table. One row of the input table is used to create several rows of the output table.

Parameters:
- Name of the column containing the column set name
- Columns common to all output rows
- Add a column with the set name
- Sets

Parameters:
- Check that primary input table is sorted on the key column
- Use this list of columns instead names from the 1st set
